Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 125phdream ("125phdream," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 125phdream online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at https://125phdream.org (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 125phdream, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 125phdream Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the website, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility

To register an account and use the 125phdream Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations. 125phdream strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 125phdream, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 125phdream Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant gaming regulatory authority.

125phdream reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 125phdream services, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 125phdream Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 125phdream login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 125phdream will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 125phdream immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

125phdream is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 125phdream's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 125phdream Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 125phdream supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 125phdream account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 125phdream does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. 125phdream aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

125phdream is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. 125phdream reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

125phdream offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 125phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 125phdream Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

125phdream uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 125phdream Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 125phdream staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the 125phdream Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of 125phdream or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 125phdream.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 125phdream, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

125phdream's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 125phdream account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 125phdream's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

125phdream collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

125phdream implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and 125phdream cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Amendments

125phdream reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 125phdream will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

125phdream operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
